Accessibility Statement
VialCue aims to make its website and app understandable, operable, and useful to people with a wide range of abilities.
Our target
We aim to align this website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a goal and ongoing process, not a claim that every experience is perfect for every assistive technology or user.
Website measures
- Semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles.
- A visible skip link and keyboard-accessible controls.
- Visible focus indicators and controls sized for touch.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and different screen sizes.
- High-contrast text and information that does not rely on colour alone.
- Reduced-motion support through the browser’s motion preference.
- Consistent navigation and support links.
App approach
The iPhone app uses native SwiftUI controls, supports system text and accessibility technologies where those controls provide them, and keeps core actions short and plainly labelled. We continue to test real screens as the app evolves.
Known limitations
Some screenshot text is illustrative and is not intended to replace the surrounding page copy. Exact behavior can vary across browser, operating-system, and assistive-technology combinations. We are continuing manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and contrast checks.
Feedback and alternative access
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another accessible format, email support@vialcue.app. Include the page or screen, the barrier, and your preferred response format. Do not include medical records or other sensitive health information.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days, although complex fixes may take longer.
