Safety by scope
A record is not
a prescription.
VialCue helps adults organize information they already have. It does not make a medical decision, validate a product, or replace a qualified professional.
What VialCue does
- Stores routine names, schedules, amounts as written, notes, reminders, vial details, and optional wellbeing records that you choose to enter.
- Shows your own history, inventory adjustments, and factual trend summaries.
- Provides general lessons about reading research claims and sources.
- Lets you export or erase your local records.
What VialCue does not do
- Diagnose a condition or interpret symptoms.
- Prescribe, select, recommend, or change a medicine, substance, treatment, schedule, combination, or protocol.
- Calculate, convert, validate, or recommend a dose.
- Choose or recommend an injection site.
- Verify identity, quality, sterility, purity, or legality of any product.
- Endorse products labelled for research use for human use.
- Monitor emergencies or contact a clinician on your behalf.
Emergency? VialCue is not monitored and cannot provide urgent care. Contact the emergency service for your location or seek immediate professional medical help.
Use information from the right source
For medical decisions, use instructions from your licensed clinician or pharmacist, the approved product labelling that applies to you, and the relevant health regulator. Online discussions and VialCue’s educational material are not substitutes.
If a record looks wrong
Do not use the app entry as proof that a schedule or amount is correct. Compare it against the original professional instruction. You control the content you enter and can edit or remove your records.
Adults only
VialCue is intended for adults age 18 and older. It is not designed for children, clinical research participants, healthcare delivery, or professional medical recordkeeping.
