Help without the runaround
VialCue Support
Tell us what happened, which iPhone and iOS version you use, and what you expected to see. Never email medical records or exported VialCue files.
Quick answers
Where are my app records stored?
In VialCue’s local database on your iPhone. Version 1.0 has no VialCue account or cloud sync.
How do I export my records?
Open Settings, then choose JSON records or CSV history. iOS will ask where you want to share or save the file. Exports may contain sensitive information, so choose the destination carefully.
How do I erase everything?
Open Settings, tap “Erase all data,” and confirm. This removes VialCue’s local records and pending VialCue reminders from the device.
Why did a reminder not appear?
Confirm the routine has a schedule and reminder time, then open iPhone Settings → Notifications → VialCue and allow notifications. Focus modes and system notification settings can also delay or suppress alerts.
What happens if I delete the app?
Deleting VialCue removes its local app database from the iPhone, subject to Apple’s device backup behavior. Export first if you want a separate copy.
Does VialCue provide dose, protocol, or peptide-use advice?
No. VialCue records an existing plan and teaches general research literacy. It does not calculate or recommend a dose, select a product or treatment, create a protocol, choose an injection site, or endorse research products for human use.
What to include in a support email
- Your iPhone model and iOS version.
- The VialCue version shown in Settings.
- The screen and action where the issue occurred.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
Do not include: medical records, diagnoses, prescription details, app exports, identification documents, payment information, or other sensitive health or personal data.
